Originally, it was intended just for us, as we could not find a decent rain jacket that was substantial enough for some un-expected precipitation, yet light enough to stow when not needed. Willy-J is one of the best
I have had 2 of these jackets and both were great. The first was their original version that held up well under some serious abuse (I get caught on limbs, vines alot) After about three years I had put a hurt on it and the jacket began to leak on the sleeve. I sent it in to William Joseph for repair and they sent me a brand new version of the jacket. That one still looks new after 2 years and has become my go to jacket for fishing, backpacking, and around town use when it is raining.
